For as long as I can remember, I lived with intense highs and lows — and like so many women in my generation, I was put on birth control at a young age without ever being taught how my body actually works.
I didn’t understand my cycle.
I didn’t know what was “normal.”
I just learned to push through.
After the birth of my son, everything came to a breaking point. I was exhausted, disconnected, and struggling to recognize myself in my own body. I was given medication, but instead of answers, I felt even more lost.
So I did the only thing that made sense — I started learning.
I dove into hormones, cycles, and the natural rhythms of the body, and for the first time in my life, things clicked. I realized I had never been broken — I had just never been taught how to work with my body instead of against it.
Momera was born from that realization.
This hormone cheat sheet is the resource I wish someone had handed me sooner — a simple, compassionate starting point to help you understand what your body is communicating and how to support it gently.
I hope it helps you feel a little more grounded, a little more informed, and a lot less alone.
